I refresh these kits in my active shooter bag that I keep with me when off duty. I have to pay for these myself. The last two times I have ordered from AMAZON the expiration date on the Quick Clot has been at at least one half the 3 year shelf life already gone. This time, the kit I got is older than the kit I was replacing. I called the manufacturer and spoke to the LE product division to verity the 3 years shelf life as correct. He verified this and asked if it was a kit and if I by chance ordered it through Amazon. I explained that it was an Adventure Medical Kit and yes, from Amazon. He said that he gets several calls a month about this same issue. Amazon was not the only online retailer he gets calls on, but it is the most common. I'm done. This kit will be returned and my subscription cancelled.
