I was curious about the post Steve Jobs era and grabbed this book on release. I don't consider the Steve Jobs biography to be a great book, but I enjoyed the insights into some of the key decisions he made or the people who influenced him. This book does not do any of that. It has several deadly flaws: 1. It meanders from one random topic to another 2. The author injects their opinion into every detail and tells you how you should feel 3. Several topics fail to connect to the current state of the company I was compelled to read it from cover to end very quickly. I'm not sure if it was due to a desire to give this book a chance or because I'm a masochist.
