I've had it 10 months and the brush head motor stopped working after screaming and turning off on it's own. I've kept it very clean and have followed trouble shooting recommendations. Can't get any help from manufacturer. This was a big purchase for me as I'm a single mother of a severe special needs adult son and we usually buy from Goodwill. I'm very frustrated and disappointed. Buyer beware!
