I'm an airline pilot, and I bought this for when my company has me deadhead, like I am right now. Let me give you a little insight into why you should not buy this product, and why you should return it if you have purchased it. The design is flimsier than a prize from a Cracker Jack box. I had a half of a grande latte in it and when I just tried to put my iPhone in the holder on the back, the entire assembly came off the tray table and soaked my uniform pants, my seat, my shoes, and my flight bag. The design lacks any capability to stay on a tray table and it is so poor that if you want to have a drink in the holder and watch your iPhone, the screen will be almost completely blocked. If you have an iPad or a tablet, be prepared for up to half of your screen to be blocked by a grande from Starbucks. The attachment for your phone or iPad is so atrociously designed that when you try to anchor your phone or tablet into the device, as it is described on the pamphlet they send you, it will pull back so hard on the device that it will then launch it free from the base and into your drink, or if you have no drink, right into your lap or onto the airplane floor. I'm outraged at how flimsy this product is as well. There is no permanent fixture that holds your drink in place. Instead you get two pieces of plastic that spin around each other at a joint, and you have to put these little tiny 3mm size knobs into little tiny holes in order to attach the drink holder to the base. Problem is though that is takes very little pressure to cause your hot drink to be in your lap and possibly leaving you embarrassed with a stain in your lap. Thank you CER Tech Corp for leaving me in this predicament. Wish one of your team members were here now so I could pour the rest of my hot beverage all over your lap. RETURNING!!! The biggest outrage of all is that they sell this garbage for almost $30. It's not worth 50 cents.
