Buffet Pans NOT Stainless Steel but Aluminum.
I purchased this product hoping to find out what the buffet chafing pans were made out of. Not a mention in the owner's manual or online. I called the manufacturer, Oster, and found out that buffet chafing pans are Indeed made out of aluminum and not stainless steel! I am returning this product.
