Was initially pleased with capacity and size of drive, but after a month of use the drive utterly failed. Contacted Toshiba to complete a warranty claim and they told me that it was user error and I have not heard back from them in 2 weeks. UPDATE: I am removing a star because of the incredibly poor service from Toshiba to file a warranty claim. I have not heard back from them. Amazon answered me immediately and offered a refund. I do NOT recommend this drive.
