Im not sure how these pans got good reviews; I have some T-fal professional line pans which are good nonstick pans so i thought i would replace them with these. Immediately realized these are basically junk. Scramble eggs stuck to the pan so much so that i had very hard time getting the coating of egg off. Absolutely terrible non-stick coating on these; crepes also stuck. Heat distribution is fine but nonstick coating is junk. Im returning these; pay a little extra and get the T-Fal Pro Line...
