Barely used product sharpened maybe 50 pencils for one child at home. Started chewing up pencils and only sharpening one side. Cleaned and inspected and found no blockage. I called warrant support and the very rude lady told me I had to print out a hard copy of the amazon receipt, print out their claim form, box up the sharpener, and ship it to them across the country at my expense. I tried to explain to her that I would email a copy of the order from amazon, and fill out an online warranty claim if needed. NOPE... She insisted that I print everything out and MAIL IT TO THEM. I laughed, gave up, told her it was 2019 and that my stamps were probably near my fax machine and 56K modem. Buyer beware of the big name company with the laughable warranty support and junk products.
