This is a very handy vacuum to have available in your home. It's a bit heavier than my son's much more expensive Dyson, but it works as well for a lot less money. I mostly use it to pick up the millions of dog hairs that quickly accumulate in piles on my floors. It works much better than a broom! It is relatively easy to empty and clean. The only issue I have is that it presumably can't be left on the charger all the time, so I have to remember to remove it when the red light stops blinking. Update 7-1-17. Changed from 5 to 1 star. The roller brush stopped rotating after ~8 weeks of light use. Since it is still under warranty, I contacted the company and they asked me to send the entire unit back to them for repair. I'm responsible for that shipping - it was $25!! I almost walked out of the post office and tossed the package in the trash, but decided I'd see how long the repaired/refurbished item will last, assuming they send one back to me. The disclaimer that they sent with the return authorization mailing label was pretty harsh, so I might be out the $100 for the original item plus the broken item shipping. I'll update in a few months.
