Avoid: Defective sofas plus Zero customer service
DEFECTIVE sofas. We haven't been able to fit the flanks. Both the right and left flanks do not groove in as the four metal grooves of the base are not properly positioned (mfg issue). Zinus and Amazon keep referring to each other about who should fix the issue. It has been two weeks now.
