Love this little stove, it's been everywhere.... But god forbid something goes wrong with it. Biolite service SUCKS! My stove after about 15 uses quit charging. Battery would not keep charge, and I have kept up with charging every 2 months when not using. Biolite suggests charging at least once ever 6 months if not being used. Worst 135.00 dollars spent. You will love this stove until it just quits working and biolite tells you that you are just S.O.L. They do not sell the rechargable batteries and you can't find them anywhere!!!! But biolite will give you 15% off of a new stove if you text and raise hell! But who wants to keep buying a piece of s*** over and over again. STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT BIOLITE!!! I will never buy anything from biolite ever again. Worst customer service ever !!! P.S. I contacted biolite before product warranty expired.
