Very expensive to play - Not at all a playable free app
This app is *not* a playable free app. :(
You are given roughly 3K or less free chips every 4 or so hours. Unless you buy the £69.99 package which provides you with 2.5 million fake chips and this package *only* will up the amount of fake chips you receive every 4 or so hours. But believe me with 3K fake chips you can never survive the game (ie keep or increase those chips) unless you are max betting 9 lines in the smaller rooms (which give you nine potential routes of a win).
So lets take an example: "OMG LOL" (which is a represented table for smaller bets) It requires 900 chips for a spin on max bet, and this will give you 3 "Yes" 3 spins to find a decent hit, then it is game over. You can wait for another 4 hours or so, or you can buy (spending real money) for fake chips. So when introduced to this game you cannot really play for a decent length of time unless you buy with real money. Imagine the price it would cost you for the larger tables that can cost 180K and 360K for one spin.
I have wasted above and beyond an acceptable amount of real money on this application.
The increasing jackpot totals showing are not a real representation of what is actually being pulled in from people's bets, as when you do grab a power win (slightly larger win) the jackpot total is not decreasing by the win amount. (It still continues to increase and is just a set of numbers increasing at a timed rate and speed) So there is no way to know exactly what Big Fish are accumilating in people's real money, as behind the scenes it could be triple this amount.
I have on occasions spent 5 million chips (which if bought without a sale - would have cost £140 of real money), and i didn't hit a big win. (and by big hit and mean a simple power hit - not the jackpot) In fact i was not in for more than 5 mins before the lot had depleated, and i had to yet again buy chips with real money to continue playing the game.
Lets be real! This is not in any way shape or form a free PLAYBALE app - this is a very expensive app.
They deliberately control the big wins on "X3 Sale Days"/ "Happy Hours"/"Bonus Days" to not provide the customer with any decent wins, and you can litterly lose over 10 million chips in minutes. The hit ratio is reduced to a rediculous amount and you simply do not win anything.
It is about time the paying customer started questioning this application and the people behind Big Fish, as i feel that they are not at all being fair to the paying customer, and this is nothing short of stealing on Big Fish's behalf, as there is NO and i mean NO way to be successful on this game without it costing hundreds and thousands of real hard earned pounds.
People do not mind losing money, far from it. We fully understand that at the end of the day this is a gambling app.
However you have to have a FAIR chance at staying afloat, and the bonus's, gifts, and actual payouts simply do not match fairness in any way, shape or form.
They have now also DISGUSTINGLY added a pop up message, so that if you hit a good win (not the jackpot) during a spin (in the free slots) it will now constantly ask "Would you like to play for real money" To be honest i think this is unethical, irresponsible and downright setting people up to become proper gamblers.
I love the nornal big fish games! But this one is just money in their pockets. :(
SHAME ON YOU BIG FISH - I thought you were more ethical than this.
