Don't waste your time. Surprised by so many positive reviews. I put a lot of trust in the Amazon community and their reviews. This is the first time I've been truly disappointed. Of course, the item was delivered quickly and without any damage. The whole lamp comes in a relatively flat box, which made me immediately question the quality of the lamp shade. Pulled out the contents and assembled the table. Took maybe 15 minutes to complete. The table is cheap and not sturdy. It's particle board with a thin veneer. Didn't know what I expected for this price point, but was hoping for a solid table. The lamp shade is terrible. A sheet of rolled fabric with a rigid back. Two cheap metals rings with plastic clips hold the shade in place. The shade itself has a Velcro strip to keep secured. Sad to say this is NOT a quality piece....not even at a $90 price point. I advise you don't bite on the reviews for this item and move on to the next thing. To top it off, I got an email from the "co-owner", Lauren, who requested feedback. Told her we weren't happy and wanted to send it back. This was literally her response: "Thanks for great feedback! Please let us know of we can help with anything else!" No empathy, no apology, nothing. Very poor response and customer service. Keep moving folks, don't we're your time with this one.
