I bought 2 of these mainly to move photos from my Iphone to my Windows PC. Problem is this device copies photo files in the horrible Apple HEIC format - which Windows doesn't recognize!!!!! Normally files are converted to JPEG format when they are shared or emailed or exported out of an Iphone! So, I wasted 1/2 day downloading 300+ photo files from my Iphone - onto the iDiskk - then onto my PC - where they couldn't be opened! ihhhhh! I didn't bother trying it on Android! Their unhelpful tech-support said this: "You can copy the files stored in your iphone in HEIC format and use other HEIC review or edit software to view it. Or you can transfer the HECI file by Weichat and the Weichat will convert HEIC file into JPG." I guess they didn't consider a) I don't want damn Weichat on my phone or pc and b) 300+ files to convert will take for ever! Idiots!
