Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I read the other reviews before buying this mattress. I knew i was taking a chance with possible bed bugs. I just couldn't get myself to fully believe that a brand new mattress from the factory would possibly have these in them and the other reviews must have been people who could not identify them. I played it safe and opened my mattress outside (it's been a balmy 90+ degrees here with no chance of rain). I am very glad I did! I left it in the plastic and just cut it so it could inflate like they said it would. I noticed the specs of stuff that other reviews said was from the factory, but i also noticed little tiny bugs crawling around. I have no idea what to do now. I am calling the manufacturer tomorrow and will absolutely update my review if customer service is good and they help. This is so absurd I don't even know what to think.
