I waited too long to take the ornaments to the attic, as it is February. I just went to go pick up the ornament boxes and one of the handles tore off and broke some of the ornaments in it. Their return policy is to be made within 30 days and of course 30 days is over since it's February now. There were no other options, but I give this a one star unfortunately. I was really looking forward to it to keep my ornaments organized and now I had some that are broken
