There are some MAJOR PROBLEMS with this product. The item requires you to download an app from Tile, but what is very concerning is the app asks for access to your personal contacts and your private media files. This is totally unnecessary to run the product and when I complained to Tile they refused to offer any alternative app. Sounds like they enjoy looking at peoples personal photos..... I also don't like how the product won't let you replace the battery. The Tile will simply stop working after a year and you'll have to buy another. This is bad for the environment because the Tile is just another plastic device that will go into the landfill after a short time.
