The cables look awesome. I love the color, and they are very flexible. However, one cable works, one does not. I contacted about the defective cable for replacement/exchange. This is the solution offered: Actually, we have 2 solution for your reference: 1.Replace a new one: you need to send the stop working one to Amazon warehouse, and pay express fee by yourself. When Amazon received the goods, the will arrange the cable to you. it will take money and time to you. 2.We will return $5 to you, maybe you can buy a new one. The first solution is ridiculous for a defective cable. They did not issue any refund amount, so I'm stuck with only 1 working cable when I paid for 2. I suggest looking for another brand that provides more guarantee to their products and takes responsibility for any defective ones.
