I literally just received these Powerbeats Pro and noticed that the packaging seemed a little off. I opened them up and tried to sync them to my phone, only to find that they used to belong to a ‘Rossanna’ (see attached picture). I also noticed a piece of ear wax on one of the ear tips (also pictured). It is absurd and deceptive to post an item; especially an expense item such as the Powerbeats Pro, as new, even though they have clearly been used. I returned immediately upon receiving.
