Very nice chairs for about a month. The seat padding is decent for the price. I ordered two chairs. One of them a leg cracked where the wheel pin enters, I'm holding it together with zip ties. One chair started making extremely loud popping sounds upon leaning forward and backwords. POP! I cant quite fig out where the noise is coming from but it seems like at the base where the piston enters. Pops so loud the whole house hears it. And its a 120lb kid using it. Then after 1.5 months the other chair started squeeking, even louder than the popping. The squeek is insanely loud. It also seems to be coming from the same spot as the other chairs popping. I lubed it but it doesnt stop. Need to buy new chairs now as the noise is distracting. $250 wasted. Absurd. Edit 6-16-21 - The company emailed me and offered $20 to have me delete this honest review. Perhaps a refund for a faulty product would be better. I wonder how many other honest reviews were deleted for a mesely 20$.
