I ordered one for myself and one for my husband just over 1 month ago. They are used 4-5 times a week. I like the reflective frame on the front, and the pocket for keys, etc., but that's about it. The Velcro strap on both has already worn out and will no longer fasten, so it slides down the arm while we are running or working out. The hole to plug in earbuds is set behind the sleeve where the phone actually slides in so plugging in is a feat in itself. I cut the bottom of the sleeve off on mine, so that helped, but it is still difficult. Overall extremely disappointed. Didn't expect these to be perfect, or last forever, but a few months would have been nice.
