Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I chose this printer for several reasons. I liked that it was fully assembled, had a camera to watch your prints online, it was enclosed and somewhat kid friendly, had wireless capabilities and reviews said it had great print quality. Only 2 of all those things were accurate. Just understand if you purchase this product do extensive research on its wifi issues. It will connect to wifi but not one thing else wirelessly! If you can not connect it to flashcloud you can not use the camera realtime. Why in Gods name would I want to watch a video of my printer printing later from an sd card!? They misrepresent this drastically! The bed leveling is easy but it does not do it automatically you have to calibrate it. I had it for 4 days and I spent all 4 of those days trying to get it to function properly so I did not have to go through the hassle of returning it. The instructions are minimal at best and if you are not comfortable having to research every little thing you should know this is not the printer for you. I don't even want another one , honestly I am very skeptical of the entire company now. Amazon tech support couldn't help me, flashforge tech support (if you can get them On the phone) only offers limited support on third party purchases. This had left me very frustrated and now I am worried that if I purchase another printer from amazon that that company will also have limited tech support, )which makes no sense what so ever) it is still their product no latter where you purchase it from. I do not know if just this machine is defective but judging from the google searches this is a very common problem with the Adventurer 3 and all those suggestions did not work. Before you purchase google Adventurer 3 wireless connection issues then decide for yourself.
