Two stars for good quality product and easy of assembly and installation.... But they evidently redesigned the hanger to be much shorter than shown in the photo because standard rolls do NOT fit in this basket and allow the door to close. The basket is precisely as shown, but the hangers are about 1.5" shorter than pictured. It's impossible to assemble any other way, so yes, I'm sure i did it right. If i hadn't thrown the box out before assembling it - stupid, but it seemed so fullproof- I'd send it back. The other possibility is that they have two models and i was unlucky to receive the wrong length hanger.
