Absokute garbage. I believe I received a used and defective jack. Most likely they are getting a lot of returns and trying to resell the returns. Because safety is a concern, I would recommend that no one buy this since you may be getting a used jack. In my case, the jack stand part of the unit would not move with the pin out. Then when lifting, it would not go down. I finally got it to go down but only by applying lot pressure. Then I noticed that the jack stand part seems to fused or stuck as my applying pressure took some paint off the side because it will not move freely. But I had to do that to get it back in the box to return it. I would say this is a very dangerous item that should be removed from Amazon
