I have had THREE of this coffee maker FAIL within just 2-3 months use…same thing every time. After a short time, the hot water dispenser side starts blinking "add water" (even though the water is full) and it will not longer heat the water. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their policy is that you need to send back the unit THREE TIMES before they will offer to replace it with a different product. You have to pay to return the product AND pay them $10 to get the new one. I also learned that Cuisinart is owned by Conair. Quality is terrible.
