Here Is a letter I wrote to the company after discovering that they have changed the container from 4.8 oz to 3.2 and half packed the container hiding the actual amount you receive for 10$ To whom it may concern, As someone who has used your herbal digestive supplement for a number of years I couldn’t help notice that you are selling a smaller container which, while at a lessor price from the older version, amounts to a hidden price per ounce increase. Furthermore you don’t even fill the container with the product. Here is a picture of a just opened can of your product and it’s only half full. And you dare call yourself “The Honest Kitchen”??? (Yes I’m smirking at the irony) If you want to raise your rates, raise them!! Instead you’re trying to hide it by reducing the net weight and “lowering the price” when in fact you are just charging us more per ounce. I get it .. most consumers don’t know any better so go ahead be sneaky like all of the other companies .. frankly while it may be legal it’s a dirty trick. Furthermore .. be honest and be kind to the environment by not under packing your product and wasting material. That’s a lie too. So either fill it and sell the amount that can fit in the can or be honest and use a can half the size .... be honest to the consumer so we can decide if we want to buy it or not. What dishonesty
