They have amazing sound for their price point, with easy to access controls that work well and fluently. Their design is a bit bigger than I expected, but with great sharp look fitting of the name "Executive". However my enjoyment did not last long. Three hours of listening to my music and the right earbud dies completely. I have attempted the manual instructions for guidance, as well as resolving any probable issues, but it refuses to show any signs of life. After such a long wait and a price point of $69.99, I am fairly frustrated the item must be deemed defective and I must request a return. I was really looking forward to the experience of JLab, and I would still recommend this brand for great quality at a very inviting price, but it is a dear shame my experience was cut so early. Edit: To this day, September 26th, they have still not given me a refund or any confirnation of recieving the item. I can only assume it is lost in the mail forever and I will not be getting my money back. Truly the worst outcome and waste of my money by far on amazon.
