Smittybilt shipped this product to me and it didn't work from the box. They refused to replace it. I found the problem (missing fuse) and fixed it at my cost. Then the remote plug and control box fell apart in my hands. I have contacted them again to give them a chance to back their (lifetime) guarantee. The had the nerve to tell me they are out of stock. And I need to contact them again in thirty days and send pictures.
