I'll start by saying I have a 12mo old cat that's an absolute psycho at times. She LOVES this and has been her #1 napping spot since the first day we got it. My big problem came yesterday with the product. She has previously jumped off the hammock and landed on it with no issues, but yesterday, she came down not perfectly straight and landed with her leg on the metal support wire, which wrapped around her leg twice when the base came off the suction. Thank goodness I was home and could run over and save her from dangling upside down from the wire wrapped around her leg. I hate to mark it to a 1 star, given it's hopefully a one off instance of a cat being crazy, but it was terrifying enough where I just purchased a different one where there are no upper support wires that could have this happen again.
