This machine was great until it wasn't anymore. Turns out the paddles are made of aluminum and slowly but surely they degrade to the point where they no longer work. While this degrading of the paddles is going on the little piece that catches and and allows paddles to knead bread is slowly worn away into the bread and my family has been ingesting aluminum with their bread. I am not happy about this. Why make something you know will wear and go into the bread out of aluminum? Perhaps because folks will be spending on replacement paddles. Seems unethical. Why not stainless steel paddles. I would not recommend this machine for the sake of your health
