Highly confused on the reviews this product has. Mine also came with no sanitary seal, and seems to be half empty. I don’t understand who would send out a product that goes on open wounds that doesn’t have any type of sanitation seal on it. I’m literally flabbergasted. It just doesn’t make any sense. Do not buy this product if it does not have a seal. This is suppose to be touching open wounds and who knows what you are putting on your pets. Absolutely disgusted.
