Not good inserts for the money you pay for them.
I was very disappointed by these inserts. They were way too hard and extremely difficult to get into my shoe. Once I got them in, it filled up almost half the shoe making for an extremely tight fit. They aren’t even very cushioned to make it comfortable. The only good thing I like about them was the arch support. The inserts were also very difficult to get out of the shoe.
