I absolutely loved this knife (past tense). It sharpened well, was a great size and I used it every day. Until recently... Today, I was simply cutting a cauliflower and the entire 2" of the tip broke off into the cauliflower. I don't use this knife hard, just a home cook and I never put it in the dishwasher. How could a knife break so easily??? I have no way to contact the company so I hoped this posting will help. A good company would send me a new one right away...
