Not Recommended -- Periodic Open Circuit
I ordered three of these to have on hand as replacements. So far, two of the three have been opened and used, and neither works correctly. When plugging in to charge the phone, it cycles between charging and not charging every few seconds. I've not had that issue with other non-Apple cables I've used before.
