I was so excited for this to come in, even thought it was expensive. At first it was great, you can tell that the rubber brush holders are a little cheap and car tire like but oh well, my brush was spinning and you could really tell how much it was cleaning it. However, the bowl has a cover on it that, once finished, makes it impossible to completely dump all of the water out. After cleaning my first brush I was attempting to remove the "hood" or cover when all of a sudden the glass completely shattered. I do not mean it just cracked or broke. Small shards all in my hand as well as on the cabinet and rug and tile. It was a nightmare and had me up cleaning glass until 2am. I love the idea of this, the quality is sub par.
