BEWARE -- this almost ruined my CD player. I bought this in July and live in South Florida. I tried to remove this from the cd slot and found it had melted to the stereo. It took lots of work and careful removal of dried plastic to get this off my stereo and remove all plastic so that the cd will operate. If you live in high heat and strong sun areas DONT LEAVE THIS IN PLAYER!! Photos of residual plastic in cd and the current state of the mount.
