Watch out for fraud batteries
I've owned Panasonic eneloop batteries for many years. That's why I ordered these. When they arrived, they looked real, but I charged them anyway, i.e. up to 1.5 volts. Note: they were supposed to be fully charged already, but I always like to be sure. After charging, I put two of the four in a little LED candle that generally glows for over 3 weeks with freshly charged 2000 mah batteries, like these. The lamp went dim after 10 days. I checked the charge on the batteries. One battery was 1.1 v and the other was 0.8 v. I wondered if the LED candle could be to blame, so I checked the charge on the two unused batteries. They were both down to 1.3 v after 10 days of no use. That's quite a loss of voltage (13%) for a batteries that are supposed to keep 70% of their charge for 10 years. Either, I got defective batteries, or these are knock-offs. I'm betting it is the latter. i'm returning them. If you buy from this vendor, I suggest that you check the voltage on the batteries when they arrive with a good voltmeter.
