Purchased two ember cups for Christmas 2020. Three months later I noticed the side of the cup is feeling different on the edge. I noticed the edge is losing some of the copper paint. I emailed support about this. Of course we are easy on these cups with hand washing only. The support response was “it’s safe to use”. They offered a $59 dollar replacement. I responded “after only 3 months use?”. They obviously didn’t care about quality. Maybe corporate will read this and do better. Shame.
