Great looking jack. Super poor customer service.
Upon arrival the rear crater was froze and would not swivel causing the back wheel to drag instead and leaving marks on the ground.
Called Arcan on three direct occasions and took 15 min+ on hold each day and no rep to answer the phone. Finally got a hold of a service rep and two months later and three different promised ETA still no rear caster.
