I purchased this product a few months ago and dropped my phone a couple days ago for the first time since I had it on. Picked up my phone and thought that the protector was shattered but was in utter shock when I removed the protector and notice that my screen was destroyed but the protector itself did not have a single scratch on it. I can't even begin to tell you how upset I am. I am not an unreasonable person and I do not expect a $9 product to work miracles. I can even understand if both my screen AND the protector were shattered. In that case I can maybe think that the fall was so bad that the protector can only do so much, but how is it that my screen is completely shattered when the protector went completely unscathed? Now I am out $50 for a new screen and the cost of the protector. I have included pictures to prove what I am saying is true. I am so very upset with this product.
