I pre-ordered this item and it arrived to me yesterday. This has been the most frustrating fitbit I've had. I cannot get it to sync correctly, it wont show my notifications, and I cant get my headphones to connect through bluetooth. And before all that it wouldn't download the software. I will probably be returning it, and hoping this one is just glitched. I really want to like this watch. But if I get another and it does the same thing, I may have to look into other smartwatch trackers.
