The first couple of times I used the popper, it was great. It started turning a bit and now it spins in circles and I have to hold it in place to get anything in the bowl. Every time I pop some corn, I get more unpopped kernels. Of course, I'm just outside of the return period. I've washed the bottom and the "feet" are clean, the counter is clean. It's ridiculous. I sure wish I could return it!
