When I tried this out the first night, I thought it was great. It got really hot, which I like and it warmed up my hands quickly. It should be noted that I tried this indoors on the first night. Then I tried it the 2nd night on my way home from work. It barely got warmer than room temperature and I had it on for almost 30 minutes. So I thought: Could it be broken? Did I not use the proper setting? When I got home, I looked at the instructions to see if there was anything I was missing, and there was. It states, "Unstable heating of the product is usually caused by an extremely cold environment or using your icey cold hands to touch our product." So my hands cannot be cold to use the product and I cannot be in a cold environment to use it? That basically renders this to be useless. I understand it says "extremely" cold environment, but I don't think 30° would be considered "extremely" cold. I plan on returning this and finding a better one to purchase.
