A note of caution
I've bought two previous models of this invention. It does what it says it does, inducing sound through the skin and into the mind. I got the other subtle nuances. I know it does that.
My major complaint comes from expereince. In both cases, the device stopped owrking after about a year and a half.
I have a computer that still works after 16 years.
Flanagan's device is wonderful, but flawed. I looked over the patents that I could find, and found that the device will overheat itself and cause damage to the circuitry, because it isn't equipped with a heat sink, which is a programming aid that allows the circuitry to cool itself off as it runs. Without this cicuitry, the resistors within the circuit alter over time until the skin induced audio no longer functions.
In both cases I could not get a refund or repairs. If you want to hear and are willing to pop out $800 plus, fine. If you think it will work after continuous use, I offer you caution.
