Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased Hex based on the rave reviews I've been reading and hearing about. I'm not sure what I think. First and foremost, the company won't disclose their ingredients. That's a serious problem. I called the manufacturer, and they never responded. I would like to know what I'm washing my clothes with... and bedding, towels, etc. Many people have allergen concerns, and I don't trust a company who won't list every ingredient on their product(s). What exactly is the "Hex molecule"?? I am currently using the Free and Clear, and I'm unsure if this is working any better than my other Free and Clear detergent. I notice a soapy scent, but it wears off once dried. I wouldn't exactly call Hex free and clear, though. There is a slight scent. I've only just begun using it, so I can't review much. However, I'm not certain this really works or if it's a gimmick. My towels still smell a tiny bit musty after using Hex ...I think vinegar works just as good. This company needs to list every ingredient, word for word. That's my biggest issue with Hex. I'm going to keep using it, but I just don't see what's so revolutionary about it yet.
