Pan Frying Your $19.95 Would Be Less Frustrating Than Using This Pan
Awful. Does everything it's NOT supposed to do. We seasoned the pan as directed to ensure that it would work "as advertised" and the results were: Foods stick and stain; Utensils scratch the surface easily - and the copper pan even delivers a copper taste to some foods. Our pan is now 6 months old and it looks like it's been used for 16 years. Sadly, we did not get ours from Amazon.
