"Very disappointed and even unsure of how this happened. I opened this eye mask right from the packaging and placed over my eyes. I adjusted the strap and it fit comfortably and for the most part blocked the sun from my eyes. I woke up to such EXTREME pain in right eye. It was horribly red and painful it almost felt as if I got a huge scratch in it. As the day went on it bugged me more and after thinking it was a reaction, I realized I had pink eye. I went to the Doctor's the next morning & it was confirmed, now I'm on antibiotic eye drops. I've bought eye masks from a different seller before that were lavendar scented to help with relaxation and even those didn't bug my eyes. It had truly been some time since I've had pink eye and forgot what it felt like. I chalked it up to being an irritation but couldn't understand why it only happened to one eye and not the other. I'm obviously super upset and unsatisfied, so now only one question remains, was the mask really brand new? Was it returned by someone else, repackaged, and then shipped off to me as new? Because nothing is really making sense of how I got bacterial pink eye from a brand new product. I'm returning this first thing. Rating- 1 Star, it would 0 if I could rate it that."
