I really would like to rate this better because, without Stevia, this would be such a great product - Stevia is about the worst flavor you could add to this flavor profile. I brew my own ACV as well as Kombucha, and really looked forward to this product. The problem is that Stevia leaves a horrible after taste and if the drink is not completely cold, it completely ruins the typical "Fresh and Refreshing" flavor you would get with ACV and a pure sugar or honey flavor profile. If you were to offer a Stevia free, low sugar or even moderate cane sugar option, this drink would be phenomenal! People that normally drink Stevia drinks, may or may not like this. I do drink Stevia in other types of drinks where Stevia actually compliments the flavor profile, but i do not think it works with ACV. I really can not give it a higher mark (even though i really wish i could), because i will not order it again with the current flavor profile produced by Stevia
