I can't believe the condition this arrived in. My girls were so excited about their new bunk bed, but upon assembling it, the amount of damage found straight out of the box was appalling. The white overlay on the metal had been chipped and torn apart in multiple places throughout the entire piece. There was rust in a few different areas and one of the piping inserts had a huge dent in it to the point where it was impossible to secure in its proper place without being warped by a hammer back into a circle (the photo I uploaded was taken AFTER we had already begun hammering it). I couldn't believe it, either someone at the company royally screwed up, or this thing took the truck ride from hell. Either way, I'm not happy, and now neither are my little girls.
