cooking times are not accurate
This cookbook has some good ideas, but the cooking times charts are copied out of the cookbook that comes with the grill, and are generally not accurate. If you follow them most of your foods will be overdone. We have used them as a guide, but then reduced time and/or temperature. Not happy.
